Rachel’s Premium Coaching service was the perfect fit for me. She provides you with all the training and meal plans, which are individually tailored to to you and your lifestyle, as well as an excellent mindset coaching program. Rachel is wonderfully flexible, catering to your tastes and training preferences, and is constantly checking that you are still happy with what she is providing for you. I found the food delicious, the training efficient and challenging, and the mindset program really sealed it all in place.
My 12 weeks with Rachel were not free of obstacles. I had some life ups and downs throughout the time that really challenged my focus and strength. Rachel was positive and supportive throughout, and gave me plenty of ways to manage my nutrition and training when life threw me some lemons.
It’s been over a month since I finished the program, and I’m still losing weight and feeling fit. I’m sticking to the meal plans that I make for myself (which Rachel taught me how to create), and I’m just feeling a whole lot more relaxed about my fitness and health.
