When I first applied for the 12 week program I didn’t have many specific goals in mind, I just wanted to Feel healthier. Losing weight has never been something on my mind and I found Rachel was one of the few coaches I had looked at that looked outside of how much weight can be lost and looked at how to make a real lifestyle change, to feel better physically and mentally. The mindset program is something so unique when it comes to coaching programs, it’s not something many coaches bother to look into and I found targeting my mental connection with health and fitness was the most important part. My whole relationship with food has changed.
You won’t find anyone else who looks so deeply into every aspect, from food, to the gym, to your mindset and everything that comes in between.
I looked forward to our calls so I could update her on little achievements I had made, being able to message Rachel with any concerns I had, or if I needed to change anything made everything so easy. She has helped me make realistic changes to my lifestyle to make this sustainable. I can’t thank you enough Rachel for helping me these past 12 weeks, my mental health and my physical appearance have both changed in such positive ways that I didn’t think was possible over just 12 weeks.
I can’t recommend Rachel and this program enough!
