Recipe: Strawberry Protein Muffins
These muffins are such a simple way to get some extra protein into your day, in a sweet way!

Ingredients
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180C (350F)
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl (except strawberries/banana)
- Add all wet ingredients and stir through (except strawberries/banana)
- Chop up strawberries and mix through batter
- Pour into 8 muffin papers
- Chop up half a banana and place a slice on the top of each muffin
- Bake for 15-20 minutes (skewer test and make sure it comes out clean before removing from the oven)
