Chocolate Chia Pudding

You can whip up our Chocolate Chia Pudding and store it in your fridge to enjoy for your mid-week treats.
Chocolate Chia Pudding
Ingredients
Instructions
- Pour the milk into a bowl—preferably one with a lid.
- Whisk in the chia seeds, followed by the cocoa powder and sweetener. If the bowl has a fitted lid, close the bowl and shake to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate the chia pudding for at least 4 hours. Overnight is best.
- Spoon into bowls and enjoy. Top with berries and fresh mint, if desired.
