- Toast the bread and set the slices aside to cool.
- Halve, pit, and peel the avocado. Spoon the flesh into a bowl with most of the peas, the minced garlic, lemon juice, wasabi, and salt – mash with a fork.
- Divide the mash between the slices of toast, top with remaining peas and sesame seeds.
- Enjoy.
