Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius and have a 25cm baking dish at the ready.
  2. 2. Add the filling ingredients to the dish. Toss to combine.
  3. 3. Whisk the almond flour, oats, erythritol, and cinnamon together in a bowl.
  4. 4. Whisk the egg and oil together in a separate bowl.
  5. 5. Mix as you add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until a crumbly dough forms.
  6. 6. Sprinkle the cobbler topping over the filling.
  7. 7. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cobbler is golden brown on top and the filling bubbles around the edges.
  8. 8. Cool for 5 minutes, then serve.

Notes

Use refined coconut oil if you don’t want the topping to have a coconut flavour.
