Another yummy granola recipe for you to try. Packed full of antioxidants and omega-3, this granola is a fantastic snack option. Yoghurt not included in the macros, this is just a serving suggestion.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180C (350f) and line a baking tray with baking paper or silicone mat
  2. In a bowl combine all ingredients and stir well
  3. Spread evenly across the baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly golden, stirring once during baking.
  4. Let the granola cool completely before storing in an airtight container or freezing.
