Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place rolled oats in food processor and pulse until oats are a flour consistency.
  2. In a small pot over medium heat, stir honey and macadamia butter until melted and combined.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In a bowl combine rolled oats, quick oats, rice crisps cereal and mix.
  5. Pour macadamia butter mixture over oats. Stir well.
  6. Using your hands or the back of a spoon, press the mix into prepared a loaf tin.
  7. In microwave, melt chocolate chips for 1 minute and use a fork to drizzle over the top of the slice.
  8. Cool in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving.
  9. Keep stored in the fridge for up to a week or the freezer for up to 2 months.
