Recipe: Protein Macadamia Slice

Warm, cozy macadamia nut butter drizzled with smooth, dark chocolate.
Protein Macadamia Slice

Ingredients
Instructions
- Place rolled oats in food processor and pulse until oats are a flour consistency.
- In a small pot over medium heat, stir honey and macadamia butter until melted and combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- In a bowl combine rolled oats, quick oats, rice crisps cereal and mix.
- Pour macadamia butter mixture over oats. Stir well.
- Using your hands or the back of a spoon, press the mix into prepared a loaf tin.
- In microwave, melt chocolate chips for 1 minute and use a fork to drizzle over the top of the slice.
- Cool in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving.
- Keep stored in the fridge for up to a week or the freezer for up to 2 months.
