Start your day off right with this peach crumble pudding, filled with protein, superfoods, and vitamins and minerals. Make it in just 5 minutes and then put it in the fridge for a quick, wholesome, and delicious breakfast.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mash your peaches
  2. Now in a bowl combine together mashed peaches, yoghurt, vanilla, coconut milk, chia seeds, and stir well to combine.
  3. In a serving glass layer the 1/2 the yoghurt mixture, then 1/2 the bran cereal, then the rest of the yoghurt, then the bran, and top with 1 peach slice and some fresh mint.
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours to allow chia seeds to expand
