Recipe: Peach Crumble Pudding

Peach Crumble Pudding

- In a bowl mash your peaches
- Now in a bowl combine together mashed peaches, yoghurt, vanilla, coconut milk, chia seeds, and stir well to combine.
- In a serving glass layer the 1/2 the yoghurt mixture, then 1/2 the bran cereal, then the rest of the yoghurt, then the bran, and top with 1 peach slice and some fresh mint.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours to allow chia seeds to expand
