I’m not much of a sweets/chocolate person, but lately I’ve had a few Premium Coaching clients who you could say have a ‘sweet tooth’, so I’ve been on the look out for recipes I can put into their nutrition sheets that will feel like a treat, but still help them hit their macro targets.
In comes me experimenting in the kitchen to make something sweet and tasty that also has a hit of protein AND is high in fibre.
