Recipe: Banana Protein Bars

These are a really handy little snack for before training. The banana and the carbohydrates in the oats will give you energy and the protein in them will help with your recovery! I decided to use a chia and flaxseed sprinkle in this, the one I have contains chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseed, sultanas and a bunch of other things!
