A low calorie breakfast which is super easy to make! Eggs rate highly on the satiety scale, meaning you’ll feel satisfied for hours after your meal and this high level of satiety can help reduce cravings later in the day.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Lightly spray skillet with cooking spray. Cook onions until fragrant.
  2. In a glass place egg and egg whites with pepper, mix well before adding to the pan with the onion.
  3. Add in tomato and spinach, and optionally, add some other seasoning, such as BBQ
  4. Serve when ready!
