Instructions

  1. In your mug combine all dry ingredients (except poppy seeds) and stir well
  2. Add in all wet ingredients simultaneously and mix through thoroughly
  3. Fold through poppy seeds and pour mixture into mug
  4. Microwave for 2mins (keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn’t overflow during this process).
