- Slice chicken breast into 2 thin slices
- Heat a pan on medium heat and melt 10g of butter
- On a plate combine flour, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper
- Evenly coat the chicken in the flour mix before putting on the pan to cook.
- Allow to cook evenly on both sides and then remove from the pan and cover (to retain heat)
- Add last 5g of butter to the pan and cook green veggies and sliced lemon for 5-10 mins (to your texture preference).
- Serve the greens with the chicken and squeeze the grilled lemon slices on top of the chicken.
