Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken breast into 2 thin slices
  2. Heat a pan on medium heat and melt 10g of butter
  3. On a plate combine flour, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper
  4. Evenly coat the chicken in the flour mix before putting on the pan to cook.
  5. Allow to cook evenly on both sides and then remove from the pan and cover (to retain heat)
  6. Add last 5g of butter to the pan and cook green veggies and sliced lemon for 5-10 mins (to your texture preference).
  7. Serve the greens with the chicken and squeeze the grilled lemon slices on top of the chicken.
