Recipe: Low Carb Chilli Chicken Noodles
Created this recipe for some of my online coaching clients to have a dish with some —spice— to it, and have some noodles, without absolutely decimating their carb allowance for the day
I recommend using this brand of konjac noodles.
Low Carb Chilli Chicken Noodles

Ingredients
Instructions
- Put pan on low heat and cook through chicken
- Once chicken has started cooking add in mixed vegetables, chilli, sriracha, and soy sauce.
- While chicken is cooking cook konjac noodles in a separate bowl (I like to do this buy pouring boiling water over them and letting them soak in it for a few minutes)
- Once chicken and veg are cooked through add konjac noodles and mix well.
- Serve and top with 25g of peanuts per person.
