Recipe: One Skillet BBQ Beef & Veg
Sometimes instead of prepping a whole dish I like to make just the base! This can be eaten as is or paired with your preferred carb source to make it a more hearty meal.
One Skillet BBQ Beef & Veg

- Chop all veg
- First place capsicum, onion, and garlic into a pan on low heat
- Once onion and garlic are fragrant add in beef mince with zucchini
- Once beef is brown add in BBQ marinade or sauce - I have included a link above to the one I use which is extremely low sugar, and low calorie
- Allow the dish to cook together for another 10 mins until all veggies are soft and beef is cooked through and serve.
