Recipe: Quinoa Crackles

Did you ever have chocolate crackles when you were a kid? Well this is like the mysterious, sophisticated aunty version of that.

In this recipe we are going to be using puffed quinoa.

It can usually be found near cereals in the health section of your grocery store or in health food stores. It’s a protein power house which is rich in iron and high in fibre.
