- Preheat oven to 180C/350F
- Line a baking tray with baking paper
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well
- Scoop out the mix and roll it into a ball with your fingers
- Press it onto the baking tray
- Bake for 10-15mins
- Remove and cool on a rack
