I cannot stress how easy this pasta dish is to make! If you’re looking for a fast, high protein meal for after training, this is a great one to try out!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Bring water to boil in saucepan, add pasta
  2. In a separate skillet place tins of tuna, cherry tomatoes, and spinach
  3. Allow tuna to cook lightly until pasta is ready (approx 10-12mins)
  4. Drain pasta, serve tuna on top
  5. Add olive oil and Himalayan salt
  6. (optional) Serve with some parmesan
