- Spray olive oil on a pan on medium heat
- Cook 3 egg whites on pan, and immediately add tomato, cheese and spinach
- Cook for 2-3mins (keep moving on pan so it doesn't turn into an omelette)
- Place egg mix on wrap bread and top with BBQ sauce
