Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Spray olive oil on a pan on medium heat
  2. Cook 3 egg whites on pan, and immediately add tomato, cheese and spinach
  3. Cook for 2-3mins (keep moving on pan so it doesn't turn into an omelette)
  4. Place egg mix on wrap bread and top with BBQ sauce
