I meal prepped this the other week and thought some of you may enjoy it too! This Tuna Fried Rice is very easy to make, high in protein, and is very cost-effective.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook and drain rice first if you are cooking your rice from scratch.
  2. Place a large saucepan or wok on medium heat.
  3. Add brown onion and olive oil and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add egg whites and garlic paste.
  5. Chop vegetables and put in the wok. Once they have started to cook through add in the par-boiled brown rice and broth (stock), stir regularly.
  6. Add in (drained) tuna, coconut aminos, and chilli flakes. Cook until tuna is heated.
  7. Serve with sesame seeds and dried shallots.
